General Conditions of Sale Nurturing Nurses PLLC

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Nurturing Nurses PLLC.

Is considered as a “client” any natural or legal person placing an order with Nurturing Nurses PLLC, validated via our secure payment platform or by any accepted payment method.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply:

Clients must be over 18 years old to purchase services (including coaching, workshops, and programs).

We make every effort to restrict access to our services to individuals who meet this requirement. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be refunded and access to the service will be revoked.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed with Nurturing Nurses PLLC implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change at any time.

However, the price applied to an order will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. All payment information is encrypted and handled according to industry security standards.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Article 5: Delivery

For digital products and services, access details will be provided via email after purchase.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate.

Article 6: Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital programs and services, all sales are generally final.

However, we offer a conditional refund policy:

You may request a refund after the first two modules only.
To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have actively participated and completed the assigned work + attended at least the first 2 office hours
If you meet these criteria and have not experienced results, you may submit a refund request.

No refunds will be issued after completion of Module 2.
